In addition to his professional qualifications, Brandon has faced profound personal losses, having lost all four grandparents and a granduncle between March 2020 and October 2023, and his wife lost two grandparents between October and December 2023. These experiences of grief and loss have deeply impacted him, providing a unique perspective and empathy that make him an ideal leader and founder for Oasis.
